The Conference on Social and Technological Development - STED was established in 2012 as an idea, vision, and aspiration of a group of enthusiastic professors who sought to position the University PIM on the scientific and research map of the region and Europe.
The five conferences were held in Banja Luka, at the University PIM, followed by two conferences organized in Baia Mare, Romania, in cooperation with our international partners.
Since 2019, STED has found its new home in Trebinje, at the Leotar Hotel, where it continues to grow each year and has practically become a recognizable scientific brand in the region and beyond, thus fulfilling the vision and realizing the idea of its founders.
STED conference is multidisciplinary conference which has gathered the authors from the scientific fields of environmental science, energy efficiency, economy, management, law, information and other technologies, psychology, education, engineering, medicine, biomedicine and other fields, with the idea of developing and identifying the possibility of formation of research teams with the goal of popularizing useful research results through work on projects and participation in European research programs.
