Business Process Reengineering (BPR) represents a new business concept or philosophy that emerged in the 1990s. The central focus of reengineering philosophy is on processes, referring to process design. The reengineering revolution had two main themes: the first was organizing around processes, and the second was organizing processes in a superior way.
