A comprehensive reform of the expected convergence R Serbia in the European Union, occupies an important place and the reform of the health and social system. It is already evident that the state of Serbia, primarily due to financial and organizational aspects will not be able to rely solely on public health systems, but the important place occupied and the private health institutions. Although the territory of the Republic of Serbia already has a number of such institutions, the sector is still developing and in the future should expect their dynamic development. In view of the above, the successful development of private health facilities will largely depend on the proper organization of the sales process and forecast the challenges these institutions will meet in the competition which is just beginning. Defining forms of retail process is the priority task of the management of private health care systems. This document will try that, according to previous experience, the basic guidelines for its prediction.
