The development of new Information Technologies follows a network logistics that looks differently at the categories of time and place. Customers around the world who use the Internet share common values and customs. This allows them to communicate with each other and creates a simpler form of "social organizations". This common set of values and practices we call Technological Culture. The cultural forms shown are not based exclusively on geographical or historically-based culture but they encompass more aspects. A potential problem could arise if that new level of technological culture is not the additional level of culture, but it replaces other cultural forms and thus reduces the existing cultural diversity.
Therefore, the paper attempts to show how multiculturalism affects the operations of the IT Business. Multicultural orientation of the company and its managers is a feature of modern business. Multiculturalism is not an obstacle to be overcome, but one of the major sources of maintaining competitive advantage. Mostly the secondary data sources will be used, which will summarize the results of some studies that have been done in this field before.
