THE LOCALIZED LEARNING PROCESS OF SERBIA AND BOSNIA – HERZEGOVINA BORDERLANDS

Abstract

The Serbia and Bosnia – Herzegovina borderlands take a crucial point after Dayton peace treaty in 1995. Serbia and Bosnia – Herzegovina border is 312 km long. Between borderzone of 40 km in Serbia and Bosnia – Herzegovina borderzone are 236 villages were live more than 100 inhabitants. After the Yogoslav first war in borderlands is problem of professional schools and that cooperation with enterpreuners. In knowledge-based economy, enterprises clusters have been the subject of growing attention based on the role they play in organizational learning and knowledge creation. However, in the early decades of the 21st century, the economic, political, and social risks seem high indeed for vulnerable populations such as refugees and immigrants, those sold into wage or sexual slavery, and the poor, lower-middle-class, and economically marginalized workers throughout the Serbia and Bosnia – Herzegovina borderlands. Localized learning - place and time regional development within the context of modern resource base theory. Firms do not locate or relocate in order to make use of ubiquities, but to utilise appropriate differences in regional capabilities, and the paper discusses the nature of such capabilities in enhancing or abating the competitiveness of firms, emphasising the crucial role of collective learning and tacit knowledge of firms and markets. Learning processes are inherently interactive in nature and generally characterised by uncertainty (Maskell; Malmberg, 1995). This paper aim is to propose an analytical framework on the inter-firms knowledge transfer in enterprises cluster in perspective of localized learning. This paper goal is to proved strenght technical and educational links betweeen serbian and bosnian border comunities.
