Project Management Through Conflict Resolution In Project-Team

Abstract

The research presented in this paper is to examine the response to the conflicts in project-teams in a particular company, and the main problem of the research is to examine the reactions of employees in conflict situations.The aim of this study is to determine the most appropriate tactics for resolving disputes, taking into consideration of theoretical research methods in relation to the established way of reacting employees in conflict situations. For the purposes of the survey conducted among employees in a particular company applied methodology included a sampling method and survey- completion questionnaire, with field research was conducted. As the main proposal and the conclusion is that empirical research project-team members avoid conflicts and seek to resolve them save their attitudes and respect for the other.
