This paper treats a priori (the reason why) ecological heating systems using boilers with complete combustion, with the main objective function of significant material cost savings and increase the level of effectiveness of the system. Burning modulated and cheapest biomass-wood bark (encrustation), and other wood waste which are directly without processing burned in boilers for heating has resulted in a significant decrease in prices of energy per KWh or MWh, or increase the effectiveness of the system. In the second part are treated technological processes and operation of generating boiler and the boiler system for combustion using modern materials, on the one hand and innovation related to the simple inputs in the primary burner, and synchronization with the secondary burner (torch pyrolysis), on the other hand. The third section deals with logistics of heating system, with the necessary analysis and synthesis.
