Abstract

Japan is one of the most developed countries but has limited natural resources. This topic Japan is on global level is topic for the last 20 or so years. This country that is very interesting for the rest of the world because of that she is not only unique but also sealed from the rest of the world, too many authors believe that Japan is a cultural foundation of a successful economical development what is particularly evident after World War II. Japanese culture is characterized by a distinctive way of managing what seems to be the key to success. It is also important to mention that Japanese management has spawned a number of important principles and strategies that we are still used in business circles. Work s is based on the question what exactly do that kind of management / Management has led to such high economic point of Japan in the world?
