GLOBALIZATION AND THE IMPORTANCE OF THE RECOGNITION OF INTERCULTURALITY IN MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS SYSTEMS

Abstract

This paper points out the impact of Culture and its aspects on leadership processes in business organizations. In addition to management models which are presented with examples: the United States, Japan, Mexico and Germany focuses on the current state of Process Management and Human Resources Management in state and private sector in Serbia and an overview of expected trends in the Management Culture in Serbia. Based on the research it was concluded that in a modern business organization it is necessary to adjust the organizational structure and inter-cultural environment. The aim of the research is to show the importance of adaptation processes in Intercultural Management and Business Process Management, adjustment of Business Entities in the Economy in transition to the global business trends. Research methods used are deduction, induction, analysis and synthesis. The obtained research results will be indicated according to the importance of applying the model of Intercultural Management in all business organizations, which operate within their national economies, as a liberal and necessary adoption of the Businesses Process Management in Serbia that provides growth of the business units as well as the Serbian Economy in general. The main purpose of this paper is to emphasize the importance of social awareness about the necessity of changes in the Model of Leadership in the context of Intercultural Business.
